How to start

Requirements:

Before installing GPTTalk, ensure your system meets the following requirements:

1) Spigot

You need Spigot or Paper for the plugin to work. Don't use Craftbukkit.

2) Java Version

Java 8 or higher is required to run the plugin.

3) Minecraft Version

GPTTalk supports Minecraft versions 1.16 or higher.

4) Citizens Plugin (Mandatory)

For functionality with NPCs, you need the Citizens plugin, available .

5) PlaceholderAPI (Mandatory)

PlaceholderAPI is essential for the plugin's functionality. Download it .

Instalation:

  • Download GPTTalk: Download the GPTTalk plugin from the provided link and save it to a known location on your computer.

  • Install PlaceholderAPI: If you haven't already installed PlaceholderAPI, download it from SpigotMC and install it according to the provided instructions.

  • Install Citizens: Download and install the Citizens plugin from SpigotMC.

  • Copy to Plugins Folder: Copy the GPTTalk.jar file into the plugins folder of your Minecraft server.

  • Configure GPTTalk: Open the GPTTalk configuration file and enter your OpenAI API key, adjust settings as needed, and define personalities as you desire.

  • Restart Your Server: Restart or reload the plugin to apply the changes.
